The Cottonwood Room includes a twin bed with a heated mattress pad and its own private full bathroom, offering a comfortable space for an additional guest.

The home includes two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and bar seating where you can enjoy coffee while taking in the surrounding countryside. Heating and air conditioning in each room keep the space comfortable throughout the seasons.

Outside, there is plenty of parking for trucks, fishing boats, trailers, snowmobiles, and hunting gear, making the retreat a great basecamp for outdoor adventures.

The property is located just 3 miles from Clear Creek Sno-Park, providing access to over 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in the Wallowa Mountains.
