Seawind 705, ahora hemos actualizado nuestras sábanas en nuestros cuatro condominios a un mínimo de 650 sábanas de algodón egipcio y toallas de lujo. Todos nuestros condominios tienen calificación A + por el Better Business Bureau.
Las grandes vacaciones comienzan con un nuevo condominio grande con 2 camas King, un nuevo sofá cama, una habitación adicional con literas y literas completas. Seawind está en la mejor ubicación, es una de las mejores instalaciones, techos de 9 pies, molduras de techo, granito. Pero tenemos mucho más en este condominio bellamente decorado en un nuevo complejo recién inaugurado en otoño de 2006. Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Gulf Shores, en las playas de arena blanca y aguas color esmeralda del Golfo de México. Despierta cada mañana con una hermosa vista hermosa desde la suite principal y en la terraza. De la playa a la piscina; desde los numerosos campos de golf hasta los fabulosos restaurantes; las vacaciones son todo tuyo para hacer lo que quieras. Observe las impresionantes puestas de sol desde la playa o su balcón privado y no olvide traer sus binoculares para observar a los delfines.

Love this!!

Condo was as described. Beds comfy. Kitchen stocked. Love the location of this condo. Can walk to our favorite places. We have stayed over 10 times in this complex, first time in this unit. This unit is on the 7th floor and that was a bonus. Lots of people and the elevators were always busy. Not having to ride up higher was a plus for sure!! Would stay again!!

The view is great and loved being right on the beach. The elevator situation is ridiculous though. Only one of 2 works 99% of the time for a building with 18 floors. The pool was gross and cloudy and we didn’t get in it once. Our guest bathroom did not have hot water in the shower. Notified the owner one day into our stay and never got fixed. We weren’t provided with any trash bags to start the trip so bring your own. You have to spend an additional $40 (not $25) on a parking pass and we had to buy our own pool passes as they weren’t provided either (like they were supposed to be). The TV in the guest room does not work. Overall the location is good and the beach view is great. But for the money you spend on this condo, you could spend just slightly more and get a much better experience.

Good beach side condo.

Everything was as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. I took off one star because I had to contact the owner for the condo door code and the code to get access to the exercise room. He answered within a day which was good, but I think that information should have been provided without having to ask.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Our stay was great. The condo is a great size for three couples and had the right amount of amenities for us. The location is ideal and allowed us to easily walk to lots of stuff. We had a small snafu on first arriving, but Larry took care of it immediately. The beach front is awesome and we had a lot of fun playing and lounging. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the location of the condo, as we were able to just walk right out on the beach or out the door to an assortment of restaurants and shops. Family members who wanted more of a workout really enjoyed the building’s gym, and fun activities like parasailing were available right at the beach. The communication with The owners was always clear and timely, and we really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and would do it again for sure.

Wonderful location!

We absolutely loved our stay with Larry! The condo was pretty large, we had plenty of room with 6 adults, a 3 year old, and a 7 month old. The girls loved all of the beach toys that were stocked in the laundry room. The only complaint is that there are only 2 elevators for the entire building, they kept breaking down and constantly needing repairs, so we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a few times. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Family stay for daughter's wedding

My husband and I stayed here with our son's family to attend our daughter's wedding. With all of the stress surrounding a destination wedding, the lack of stress with this property was great. The property was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. My grandchildren loved the bunk bed with the TV on cartoons. We cooked one night and had all appliances and utensils that we needed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Finally, thank you for your patience answering my questions before we arrived.

Our stay was great but there were a few light switches that need to be fixed, the toiled didn’t flush easily, and the washer reeked of mildew. Other than those things it was great! Easy beach access. We had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. And everything was really close to the condo!

Very Nice!

The condo was updated with modern decor and amenities. There were only a few issues with housecleaning, but nothing major at all. The only maintenance issue we had was checked on and scheduled for repair after we left, so not to interfere with our stay. I found that respectful. Overall, we had a great stay and the weather was perfect!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Owner is very easy to get ahold of. Condo was great. We had four adults, two teens, one year old and newborn. Couldn’t hear neighbors at all! There is a little market right across the street, great for food and stuff you might need without a trip to Walmart. There is a crockpot in the condo, don’t find that much in places you stay. Didn’t use, but love that it’s there! Right on the beach. We camped out under the Sea n Sud’s restaurant on the beach. The parking garage is very tight fit if you have a large truck, but all of the surrounding condos parking has the same issue. There are only two elevators for the building, making it a little hard to get on during “rush hour”, 3-6. Would stay again for sure!

Review

Access information was not available on the check in instructions nor were check out instructions available on the app. After messaging through the app and text messaging, we finally had to call to get the access information. We checked in a day late due to circumstances at home. This would have been a big issue had we come over very late the night before, which we've had to do multiple times. The picture of the pool is a little deceiving. There is only a small kiddie pool area and the other pool which is on the neighboring property doesn't have a lot of outside area. The pool was closed so I'm not sure what it looked like on the inside. We originally made our reservations because of the Hangout Festival. Instead of cancelling as Hangout did, we kept our reservations. When I asked if I would be refunded the $400.00 "Music Festival" fee, I got no response and still have not had a response. I only asked because last year the same thing happened and the owner refunded that money to us. Despite of the minor disappointments, the place is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our time away.

Great condo but some areas need vast improvement !

Let me start by saying Seawind 705 was a beautiful condo. It met our families needs. The light switches and electricity could probably use a little work, but other than that it was a good stay. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer packets, laundry detergent, coffee, salt & pepper etc. also bring extra towels if you have a family staying there. The parking was absolutely dreadful !!!! They have a nice parking garage, however it’s “a park wherever you want” type garage and if you leave in the evening and come back, you may or may not have a place to park your vehicle !There was also several illegal parking going on up and down the ramps which made it hard to get in and out ! I was thankful that I had family staying at another condo down the road because that is where I had to park one evening ! They need to have that set up WAY better than what it is ! The spaces need to be numbered and security needs to enforce the parking situation. It has me reconsidering if I will ever stay at the Seawind again due to this matter. The elevators were also bit of a situation, but one we just dealt with since we had no other options. I can’t take the stairs due to knee problems. Sometimes you can get straight on the elevators and other times you wait for 20 plus minutes. I also didn’t understand why we had to purchase bands to have access to the pool that was apart of our condo stay. But again, just a little annoyance. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful beach, our nice condo, and our visit as a whole in Gulf Shores.

Great condo!

This has a great layout, close to restaurants, and wonderful view/beach access. The pool was closed during our whole stay, which was disappointing, but it looked nice from what we saw. They are painting the whole building and it looks nice!

Overall, Nice Condo

Very spacious and well stocked kitchen plates, cups and utensils. However, only one roll of very cheap toilet paper provided for each bathroom, also only one very cheap roll of paper towels in kitchen. The small kitchen trash can only had one bag in it. Thank goodness for Dollar General just around the corner which had supplies we didn’t think about needing! No information was provided to me by the owner on parking passes, WiFi password or door code until I reached out to him at the time of arrival; although I do have to say that he responded fairly quickly to my questions. Our arrival was a bit hectic at first trying to track down a parking pass; a suggestion for the owner would be to include the parking pass price of $25 into the cost of the rental, and have it waiting on the kitchen counter for the renter.

Perfect vacation

Condo was like pictures showed, nice place, owner easy to contact, building has two elevators always extremely busy so we usually took stairs, one elevator was down for 2/3 of our vacation which the owner of condo could not help, the Seawind building employees were very polite

We paid the $25 parking pass. Got to our room and had trouble getting in. We had to get a key from security. But Larry got back to us and helped! There were beach chairs and umbrellas already there. Beautiful condo. Slept 3 adults and 3 kids perfectly! Awesome location!
