We are sure you`ll have a pleasant stay in our charming apartment and our staff will do their best to help you in any way to please your needs.

You`ll find all kind of services within walking distance from our property: banks, hotels, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, casinos, movie theaters, bookshops, supermarkets and drugstores. There`s also a shopping mall only two blocks away.

Other Services:: The apartment has wire and Wi Fi Internet connection .

Sending and receiving faxes can be made from the office during working hours (8:00 to 17:30 hr.) Monday through Friday and Saturdays ( 8:00 to 12:00 hrs. ) A computer and internet service is also available at the office. This services will be charged separately.

We offer daily laundry service, charged by piece. Dish washing service is also available, upon request, and is US $. 25.00 a week.

Good location, details lacking, scary concept of liability

Clean and safe, nothing grand, cold shower 5 out of 7 days although I got up early to accommodate hot water schedule, never more than lukewarm, no sink in second bath. The scariest thing for an American is they made us pay for damage to a cable out in the parking area on the street allegedly done by a fellow who stopped by to give us an estimate. No one actually saw him break the cable, but since he would not pay they took it out of our cash deposit, claiming I signed away my rights in the Spanish contract I signed at midnight check in. Not a lot of money, but do you really want to accept such risk? What if you order pizza and the delivery guy runs over their guard's foot? By their reckoning you would be liable because he was coming to you. Of course, we self reported and paid for a dish WE broke in our room, no problem. THEIR concept of your liability appears to know no bounds. VERY SCARY! Particularly so in a foreign country where you do not know your rights. This is my fourth stay through VRBO. All others were fine.

I recomend this place

I have had nothing but great experiences with the apartments and management they please me in all my needs until i was happy. Anytime I had a problem or a question it was answered in a timely and kind manner to the point that i needed to rent a car and they took there time to find me the best price and ask the rental company to bring the car to the apartment so i deed not had to struggle on anything. Overall, I think this place and is close to everything. The only small suggestion for the apartment place is maybe considering small a/c unit on the bedrooms on the future but like i said i felt like i was at home. I had wireless internet, phone at the apartment, gated community with a security 24/7 what more can i ask on a foreign country. Dlawson

Great Place in Zona Viva

The apartment was in a great location; right in Zona Viva and a ten minute ride to Zona 1, the older center of the city. There are resturants, grocery stores, malls, and movie theaters very close by. It's easy to get a cab in this area. I felt very safe in the building, because there is a security guard in the building 24/7. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly and does a good job. The only thing was that the kitchen was a little understocked, although still managable. Overall a great place to stay, especially for longer amounts of time.
