We stayed at this hotel for two nights, the first night we checked in at around 23:30 hrs, the se one night we returned at almost midnight. We’ve been traveling for almost a month and by far, this was our worst experience. The room was very cold when we checked in and the heater never worked, it always blew cold air; the following morning we asked for it to be fixed and when we returned at night it didn’t work at all. It was closed to mid night so we didn’t bother calling again. Upon check in there was only 1 towel set, we were told by the front desk guy that it was customary and the guest had to order to get more. There was only 1 pack of coffee for a room with 3 queen beds, and again I was told that coffee was complimentary and if I wanted more it would be $.2.50 per bag/cup. Overall extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of empathy from the employees, with the exception of the security guy.

Love the charm and decor of this hotel, as well as the staff. The rooms need some attention and modernization. The floors need attention and the drainage in the tub/shower is really bad. The water filled up a quarter of the tub by the time you finished the shower, the water pressure is good though. The room was nice and spacious. It was nice to have the kitchen, but there are no utensils to use (plates, forks, spoons, knives, napkins and a kitchen drying towel). You can request items, but the housekeeping staff would take it away and you would have to ask again. Mattresses and pillows on the beds need to be replaced as well. If you advertise a queen bed, it shouldn't be double. There is no cable box for the televisions, so only Spanish channels and language are available with no option to change to English for travelers. You can sign in to streaming channels though, so that was good. Some upgrades in the room would greatly help to match the charm and beauty you see in the lobby and ground floor. It you like to gamble; you can enter the casino directly from the hotel.
