Check in was real good the lady told me they turned the water off then they turned it back on so ok no problem…got up to our room went to go plug something up the outlet didn’t have a cover on it that would be a problem for a family who has little kids….went to take a shower had trouble with the water pressure not sure what happened with that…and the breakfast they didn’t have much of choices so I’m not sure if I’ll stay here again

Check in was great, the staff was very helpful but went to take a shower and had poor water pressure, one of the wall outlets didn’t have a cover over it that would be bad if a kiddo stuck there finger in there.

I had medication that needed to be refrigerated so I put it in the fridge, only to wake up and find it was frozen solid, as well as my drinks I put in there. I told the front desk and they said a manager would call me, however, I NEVER HEARD A WORD!!!! And also had to go through an extensive process to replace my medication- out of pocket cost was $375. This place doesn't give a crap about you!

Was only there one night. Didn't get bitten but did find a bedbug in the morning crawling on the sheet before checking out. Took it to the front desk in one of the styrofoam coffee cups from the room. Was told management would contact me. This is the same as my review on Google

The bathroom was clean. Highlight of the stay. The elevator is questionable and makes loud grinding sounds when riding it. Carpets are stained all over throughout the hotel. It smelled like marijuana and cigarettes in the stairway, the hallways, the room, the bathroom, and all the linens.
