Fall Girl's Trip

The home was well maintained in a very quiet area. We were able to have a fire in the evening and enjoyed the new Adirondack chairs. For as woodsy as the location is, it is also close to many restaurants and the lake. Great home, great location. And the owners were very responsive when we needed anything!

Peaceful time away with Friends

We took a weekend away as all adults with no kids. We were looking for a property that not only would fit all of us but would be comfortable for us to hang out and relax, and this property fit the bill perfectly. We were able to enjoy the lake nearby, as well as the local restaurants, while still also being able to relax in the evenings around the fire. The owners were GREAT with communication before, during, and after our stay. We had a very minor issue of a window being stuck open prior to our arrival that was communicated with no issues. Everything in the home looks and functions as it is posted in the listing. The area is beautiful. There is nothing like sitting on the deck in the morning with your coffee while the fall leaves drift to the ground around you!

The property is beautiful and we had a great time. Nice and secluded. The property needs a deep clean, no trash was left out but everything was dusty like it had never been touched. Also count the air hockey out, table is warped and barely blows air so is unplayable and should not be show in property photos

Perfect getaway

My family and I had an amazing experience. It was just great to get away from our hectic day to day schedules. This is a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. Sandra was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She took the time out to tell me about the area and the different attractions nearby. She was great with communication and was very welcoming.

Great!

House was clean, everything was as described. Beds were very comfortable, which was really appreciated. Host was super responsive. It would’ve been nice if there were some camping chairs available, but we were told ahead of time to bring our own (we just didn’t have the space to pack them). Would definitely return!

The property was extremely well furnished, and the communication with the owners seamless. Couple of little things missed by cleaning service, and boy golly does gps not like the neighborhood but we sure did. 9.67/10, long lighter for campfire would have been clutch.

A quiet week away.

Our family of five came here for work in the area and a fun time to spend with our kids. We loved the area and the cabin. It had a nice homie vibe to it and the kids found it cozy too. We watched movies and play board games to pass the time and love how much wildlife we saw there too. Just make sure to have 4 wheel drive if you expect any snow because the entrance road was steep and icy. No fault of the owners, but might seeing that in a review might have made me bring a different vehicle. Will stay here again if we are in the area!

It was a great stay. Time away from the city is what my husband and I needed and it’s exactly what we got while staying at the house . We are looking forward to the warmer weather and will be making contact with property owners in regards to booking a summer vacation here .

Highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough about the whole process from booking to check out. Property manager was available (although we didn’t really have to touch base with her too much during our stay because everything was just perfect. The property itself was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, it had all things you could need. It was very clean, and it felt like home. We were there for Christmas weekend, and it was even decorated appropriately for the holiday. I highly recommend this property. It was great in the winter, and I can only imagine it would be even better during the summer and fall. The scenery is beautiful. We are looking to book this property again for next year.

Warm home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely well appointed home. Hosts were very attentive coming by with an extra propane tank before we’d need it. Pool, tennis court and playground were a hit with the kids as well as nearby hiking trails. Only disappointment was the beach was closed due to drought conditions. While seeking a restful vacation, there were enough nearby activities to entertain everyone. The daily visits from the deer were an added bonus

Week in the Poconos

The home was very comfortable with all the conveniences. The beds and linens were soft and welcoming. The house was very clean and the baby gate at the top of the stairs was most welcome as we have an active 8 month old. We most enjoyed the pool and nearby attractions.

This was such a great experience. The property was exactly as listed. It was in a quiet and beautiful area. Communication with Thomas was so easy and he was so helpful. We texted him throughout the trip to ask various questions and he always responded super quickly. I definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful Getaway in a lovely home!

The house is very nice and stocked with everything you need.. The area is very quiet just what we were looking for. Thomas was very helpful from beginning to end. It was a pleasure renting his lovely home. I would definitely return again.
