When I arrived to check in around 8:00 oclock in the evening, my room had a construction fan running in it trying to dry the carpet. The carpet was wet from underneath the air conditioner to about 4 feet toward the bed. I went to the front desk to tell the attendant and he just said sorry and had maintenance remove the fan. Neither of the two workers bothered to check the carpet. The room was also next to the elevators which I could hear everytime someone went up or down. I was wore out from having a very long day of driving so I just turned the television up and went to bed. Needless to say, the room was definitely not worth the $200 I paid and I won't ever stay there again.

A very nice hotel but a few issues with the staff

Pros: Very nice hotel as far as the actual property.
Cons: Customer Service Training for the staff.
When booked on line the web site said they did have a breakfast. I called the hotel to verify the amenities with him before I paid for the stay for my two daughters traveling. He did confirm the amenities I was looking for and that it did include a full hot breakfast. My daughters checked in and was told that it included the cold breakfast but not the hot. They was ok with this due to one of my daughters being pregnant. (morning sickness) When they went to breakfast the next morning they was greeted by a very unfriendly and rude worker who was not nice to my daughters. My daughter talked to the front desk lady that also had a attitude problem. The issue was finally resolved by the manager that did give them the breakfast that was on the web site. I travel with Hilton and my job all the time. I do not usually have these issues with a Hilton. A little disappointed I chose this hotel for my daughters, who was traveling due to the death of there father, and had to deal with undo stress.

We do offer a Full Hot Breakfast at our Garden Grille Restaurant for our guests. However, it is a separate charge from the room. I am sorry for any confusion that was caused. Was ok

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Beautiful lobby and grounds, the room was nice, the people were friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable, they are adjustable and I just couldn't get it to work right. The refrigerator was LOUD and kept going off and on all night and kept me awake.
