With a private beach and almost an acre of manicured lawn, this property is ideal for your next friends and family reunion. In the summer, swim or kayak off the dock, play lawn games, grill on the brand new Weber grill, and pour a cocktail on the screened in porch. In the winter, you have a ski resorts within an hour, can curl up by one of fireplaces, and end your day in a brand new saltwater hot tub overlooking Lake Champlain (open year round, of course) Welcome!

Beautiful property. Our family loved our time on the lake - kayaks, paddle boards, and hot tub were a huge plus. The house had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

The house was everything we could have wanted! You cannot beat the view from the hot tub! The host got back to us quickly.Really, they had everything we needed for a family vacation with kids. Each space had its own private feel & came with its own bathroom. They had board games & puzzles galore. Kayaks & paddle boards & every size life jacket! (I do recommend you bring water shoes if swimming or doing water sports) Everything was sparkling clean. The only problem was we didn’t want the week to end!!! Thanks for a FUN & relaxing stay!!
