Parking was very easy, either valet or public. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The property and decor were amazing. Skies restaurant and lounge above are fabulous and the story of the Tribute to Olive Ann is so appropriate with the strength of the aviation program at the University of North Dakota. One of my favorite hotels ever!

Excellent service, Bell boy was very accommodating, helping with the doors and luggage. Room was beautiful, Ate at Skies 322, excellent food, drinks and service. Will be staying there whenever we go to Grand Forks!

The room was immaculate, and beautifully appointed. There is a lot of attention to detail, for example, a turn down service with chocolates. The front clerk staff, including the valet drivers were absolutely delightful young men, very professional and friendly. The restaurant served very good food. Our stay was excellent.

Don't stay on the 4th Floor!

I always stay at the Olive Ann every 4-5 months when visiting my son at UND. This was the first time I stayed on the 4th floor versus the 2nd floor. The toilet was constantly running and sometimes wouldn't flush. I called the front desk, they came out, but it wasn't fixed. :-( The service was hit or miss. The bed was VERY hard and tilted at an angle. Normally it's very comfortable. The toilet paper seemed cheap and rough. The first night we heard the bass booming from a party upstairs. We had a hard time going to sleep.
