Our 2 room suite was amazing! Lots of room, a full kitchen and everything we needed! The pool and spa were a great addition to the evening and breakfast on the morning was very tasty with tons of options! We will definitely stay here again

After check in had to place a parking permit on dash of car. A bit inconvenient after long drive as car was far away from check in counter at hotel. Once in room, room seemed nice. However, once in bed too much light coming into room, even with blinds closed, from outdoor security lights. Besides glaring light, the noise in hallway was bad at night, all throughout the night. Probably because it was a Saturday night. Made it hard to sleep. Another bad thing was trying to set fan on AC unit to on instead of auto. It does not have an on return, only auto. Fan came on and off all night and room air got to stagnant. My wife and I were pulling covers off and on and could not get comfortable. Not a pleasing stay overall due to lack of sleep.

We are sorry that you felt stereotyped. We follow strict guidelines since Covid and Placer County is out of the (Substancial) RED Tier, we have to follow procedures. Every process is put into place and reaching out to upcoming arrivals, however same day bookings become challenging as most are made right in the very parking lot of the hotel and walk in immediately after. Other times we don't the guest info when it comes through the system so there is no email or number. With recent Covid changes, we are awaiting future direction.

Good location. Exhaust fan in our bathroom was very loud. Water pipe made noise after flushing the toilet. Not sure if the thermostat for the air conditioner was working right. A/C in our room was louder than most.

Comfortable hotel with great amenities

Pros: Full breakfast buffet, inside heated pool and jacuzzi
Cons: No pets. We had two barking dogs next door.
Location: There are many restaurants nearby, movie theatres and a shopping mall. Very quiet area for the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel on Christmas night, after a full day. The bed was comfortable, room was large with a full kitchen.

Upstairs too loud and nobody cared

Pros: dogs everywhere even in food service areas
Cons: Noisy, doesnt care
I hadnt been here more than 2 hours and already the upstairs was so loud the dishes rattled. Called the desk and if they call the other room it did little good as the noise only got worse. Why would I want to move. Yes only here under 2 hours but Im already set up. Besides Why am I being punished. I dont move rooms. I move hotels If this is how they treat a platinum member I hate to see how they treat you!

Wonderful hotel!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I was very pleased with this hotel and the staff on my recent stay. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better hotel. Nice spacious rooms with all the amenities. Excellent breakfast, too - eggs, etc. - all included in the price of the hotel.
