"Even though I did not end up going because the booking was wrongfully allowed while there was no availability, Bayan's quick turnaround, responsiveness, immediate dealing with the Expedia live agent and refund were truly commendable and much appreciated.  He extended his assistance with recommending a different resort in the area which was very nice.
