Beautiful condo

This condo is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in this area. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. The beds were very comfortable. The deck overlooks a creek and is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are very nice and even checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed when you rent this condo.

Moms & Daughters perfect getaway spot!

We absolutely loved Bootlegger’s Hideaway! The location is great and super close to everything—we got to Pigeon Forge locations and Dollywood in less than 20 minutes, and Gatlinburg spots in less than 5 minutes. The condo is HUGE and very comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed and the owners are absolutely the nicest people! We had some questions and they responded almost immediately. Also, the beds are stupidly comfortable—so much so that I asked where they got their mattresses lol! Would highly recommend booking with Bootlegger’s and we will be back for sure! Thank you :)

Tranquility at its best.

Usually we stay in hotels, but for this trip we chose Bootleggers Hideaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean, well appointed and close to town. It was so nice to come back each evening to the comfort of a home environment. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the stream. Even saw a bear the first morning. Check in was easy, with timely updates. Highly recommend this unit.

Great Gatlinburg Property

Lovely, well-appointed condominium that is convenient to everything the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area has to offer. The owner was most helpful with dining suggestions nearby and even contacted us during our stay to be certain everything was going smoothly and our check-in was easy...which was very simple. The unit is immaculate, most comfortable and spacious and had everything needed for a safe and fun vacation in the Smokies! Would definitely recommend Bootleggers Hideaway to potential visitors, as well as stay there again in the future!

"We had a fantastic experience at this VRBO! The breathtaking view of the mountains added to the charm of our stay. The property was impressively clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. Its convenient location close to downtown made exploring easy, and the bonus was being within walking distance to the Smoky Mountain Spinnery. We absolutely loved sitting outside on the balcony, enjoying the stunning view and soothing sounds of the babbling brook below. The thoughtful host, Mike, went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even checking in via text. A perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. A truly serene and welcoming retreat – highly recommend for a memorable getaway!"

Awesome!

Place was perfect for our family of 4. Dry clean and comfortable. Location was also perfect. Very close to strip, but just far enough away to be quiet. Awesome patio overlooking wonderful stream. Parking was easy and having a covered spot was awesome since it did rain as we were packing to leave. It was also easy getting into and out of the property. Check in was simple and host was quick to respond to the only issue we had which was only a cable box issue. We were fixed in less than 10min. We will back next year as we have a new favorite place to stay.

Fantastic Condo

We arrived to a secure but simple access. Parking was conviently in the parking garage with access to the elvator literally feet away from are parking with a luggage rack. The condo was clean and had all basic kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, cups, bar assersories, coffee and seasonings to cook with. There was plenty of towels along with a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. The balcony overlooked a creek which was nice to watch while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. The pool was small but nice for the kids to cool off and burn energy. The condo is far enough from the noise of the downtown area but close enough to walk to. Dollywood was just a short drive to and from. Definitely recommend staying here. Owners checked in to make sure we checked in smoothly as well as checked out.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

Beautiful condo, very comfortable beds, luxurious jetted tub, spacious kitchen, breathtaking view of the Smokies. There is a small cascade in the river directly behind the building, and the sound of the water flowing over it lulls you to sleep at night. Great location within easy walking distance of a few restaurants, and less than a 5 minute drive to even the far side of Gatlinburg.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the view. Nice plush bathroom towels and was nicely decorated. Parking spot is tight but appreciated the covered parking. Would recommend staying at this condo!

Very convenient and clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and was stocked with all the necessary amenities. There was a trolley stop close by which made it very convenient for getting downtown without driving. We would definitely stay here again!!

Christmas Holiday

Condo is very nice and comfortable. We had a problem lighting the gas fireplace so the owner sent someone to take care of it. Problem was it only stayed lit as long as the timer was running. We figured out how to light it each time the timer stopped, but that was a bit of a nuisance. As another reviewer mentioned, we heard strange noises each day from the residents above the unit. Neither of these “issues” are deal breakers but for the price to stay here, it does not deserve five stars. The nightly rate was reasonable but not after adding the fees (not including taxes). There were lots of rentals available in the area during the period we stayed and all of them were overpriced.

Short stay

My husband and I along with our son stayed for a few days a couple weeks ago. We were very impressed overall. I loved the creek tricking outside. One negative is, if someone stays in the front bedroom, light from the hall shines through even with curtains covering the window. Also the traffic on the street can be heard so I would suggest a sound machine. None of this was a problem for us as we all stayed in the back bedroom. Otherwise I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Pleasant place to stay

This condo was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable while convenient to everything. One thing to note is we had to email a caretaker for extra towels. Not a big deal but just thought this should have been considered since we were staying three nights. We only had one towel and washcloth for each person until we emailed for more. Other than this, the stay was perfect!

The location was great! We were working at the church right across the street as ministry opportunity. I loved the balcony listening to the water. The elevator was difficult because it didn’t work and had to carry and each trip required walking six flights of steps

Love Gatlinburg

We liked our stay at the condo, loved the balcony. Nice location, short walk to the heart of Gatlinburg. Great space. For the price paid, I was expecting there to be at least some complimentary coffee. All in all, a good place. Vey clean. :)

Delightful Balcony

Clean, convenient, well maintained—just be prepared for dumpster pickup noise EARLY in the am hours! More cups/mugs in the kitchen would be nice and more towels (only 4 bath towels but they were of great quality and laundry soap was provided).
