Was a very spacious cabin for 7 of us. Convenient location. Fun gaming activities including pool, foosball, Pac Man and hot tub. A very good value for the price.

A comfy place to stay with family that’s near many attractions and food options.

If you’re looking for a place for a small family vacation this is a nice one. We stayed here for 5 days with 6 adults and 4 kids. The property is close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. If you like to see bears this property is popular for them also. My only complaint would have to be that having the kids room on the same floor as the theater/pool table wasn’t very convenient.

Great location

Plenty of space for a family of 10. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Comfy beds. Not much in the kitchen if you are cooking. No salt,pepper,oil, etc. Not many large pans/ dishes for cooking. The issues we had were resolved fairly quickly during our stay. We did see a bear on the porch which was cool! Enjoyed the hot tub!

Wrestling Tournament with Friends

We wanted a cabin close to the Rocky Top Sports World and big enough for our 3 family group and this was absolutely perfect! The complex was literally down the road took 3 minutes! And plenty of room and beds for everyone! The kids had so much fun with the foosball and pool table and theater room. We will be back next year!!

Blue Sky

This property is excellent for group activities and still have own private bathroom and bedroom. Well equipped amenities with the exception of dishwashing soap, hangers, salt and pepper, caulk and bridge for pool table.. Enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. Didn’t use hot tub or fire pit. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and traveling with multiple families.

Beautiful family, friendly home/issues with response from the management company following concerns

The home is beautiful/perfect for families and friends. Layout is fabulous if you’re looking to spend time with friends & also have your privacy and individual bedrooms on different levels. Wish I could give this home a 5 star rating however with the lack of response from the owner and management company following a problem we encountered. I am unable to do that. This is something I have never encountered with Vrbo before. When we arrived to the home, the temperature was 51° inside. The thermostat was on 70 but there was no heat. A maintenance repair man was immediately sent out, after three hours it was determined that a part needed to be ordered and we would be without heat with temperatures down in the 40s every evening. I explained this would be unacceptable especially with small children on our trip. It was explained there were no other locations we could move to that evening. We agreed to stay and requested multiple space heaters. Several hours later someone showed up with two small office space heaters and I was told more would come the next day. No additional heaters EVER arrived, and it was not until the end of 2full days of our 4 day stay that I was offered to be refunded the remaining two nights of my trip if I wanted to move somewhere else. I understand needing to order a part was out of his control, I feel that 2 small office space heaters for a three-story house is unacceptable. At the end of our stay, we were refunded $111 total.spent more on heated blankets!

Beautiful

Overall the place was beautiful and very well furnished. Our only issue was the heat/air unit had froze over & wouldn't run. It was chilly @night. Had the gas fireplace but after using it too long the carbon monoxide alarms went off. Had a tech come check the unit. He said the problem was 3 thermostats (1 on each floor) for 1 unit. They all have to be set the same or the unit quit or would freeze over. We had 2 nights that we didn't get much sleep. Either getting up to turn on the fireplace or airing out the house bc carbon monoxide alarms going off. If this had been fixed this house would've been great. Host was very attentive.

The property was super clean and a pleasure to stay at. There were only two of us, but there was room for a large family. I imagined it for a family trip or even a “guy’s weekend”. The bed was as comfy, parking was ample, and it was perfect for a getaway. Close enough to a grocery store and far enough away from people. There were a lot of options for things to do inside if the weather was bad or you just didn’t want to leave the house. The owner was quick to reply. Overall, an awesome place to stay!
