Overall we love this location. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious bedrooms and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. We will definitely be back. Smokey Mountais has my heart ❤️

Book This Property

Condo worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of parking at the complex. We walked into town almost every night. Our favorite ice cream was at Chocolate Monkey and our favorite restaurant was Cumberland Jacks. We drove into the park almost every day to do hikes and exploring. Pigeon Forge was about 15 to 20 minutes with traffic and we did that a few days too. Highly recommend Parrot Island if you get a chance. This third floor condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We heard our neighbors above us a little, but nothing that bothered us at all. We may have missed this in the posting, but all the correspondence went thru Vacasa. I was a little annoyed that I had to download another app, but it actually worked out fine. All communication was done by text. It was probably the easiest rental we have ever done. Just as an FYI, the posting does not say there are hair dryers in the unit and when I asked, Vacasa told me I should pack one because it was not included. When we arrived though, there was one in each bathroom. We would definitely stay here at this condo again.

Perfect getaway with family

Plenty of room for family of 5, really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a brisk day walking around town. Kitchen fully stocked with all things needed to eat in outside The balcony offers a beautiful view at night and the setting is close enough to the strip while still being peaceful. If you’re sensitive to noise I would recommend staying on the 5th floor and if not already (May have missed it) would be stating that there is feathered furniture for those with allergies. My middle son had an allergic reaction upon arrival but luckily we had allergy medicine on hand.

Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location to visit downtown Gatlinburg. You will not have to fight traffic to visit all the local shops and it is easy access to Pigeon Forge.

Great Condo

This was my first time staying at Baskins Creek. This unit was clean & exactly as described. Comfortable beds & cozy atmosphere. Very quiet & just off the Main Street in Gatlinburg. Would love to stay here again! The only issue we encountered was the wifi worked the first night but would not work on our phones after the first night. It did work on an iPad. I asked the desk clerk as suggested on the directions in the room. He was not much help & told us to call the number for the provider. Did not take the time to do that. We didn’t go on vacation to sit in the room & surf the Internet so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Great place, great trip!

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Close enough to town to walk but far enough away from the noise. The room was clean, roomy, and everything that we expected it be. The property was also very secure. The parking was private and covered, and the elevator from the parking area required a keycode entry. Also, super staff and customer service. Before our trip I had concerns about parking, so I called and reached someone immediately. They couldn't answer my question over the phone, but they said they would look into it, and they called me back within the hour with all the answers. I am going to remember this place for our next trip!

No ammenities, uncomfortable beds

Very disappointed with the offerings. Pool was not open, and although I understand the seasonality, BUT every other resort and condo we looked at had it open! No reason for this one to be closed. Fitness center was only open from 9-5. Who is at the condo on vacation during those hours. Beds were very uncomfortable. Location was great, place was clean, but there are much better options for the same money.

Birthday Trip

Me and my boyfriend took a trip to Tennessee for his bday weekend . The location was wonderful it was literally right near downtown and all the attractions were in walking distance. The condo was clean and neat the bed was comfy. The jacuzzi was wonderful ! We really enjoyed our stay and all the accommodations we will be back.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! I am 64 years old and I thought It was an easy walk to The Village which is my favorite place in Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place

Very nice place. Short walk to main street in town. Felt safe at all times. Clean place. Only thing was there were multiple emails from Vacasa prior to my stay which was annoying to me. Just communicate once or twice is plenty. Thank you.

20th Birthday trip

Took our son for a few days to celebrate his 20th birthday. Enjoyed walking downtown and eating at the back alley. Went to Pigeon Forge shopped. Wanted to go zip lining at Anakeesta but was booked. Will plan trip better next time. Ride the Rowdy Bear it was fun. Ate at OLE RED good but overpriced.
