We had 21 folks stay here for a company off-site for 4 days. It was the perfect location and space for all of us. Although there were a lot of us, it never felt crowded and there was tons of space for activities and meetings. Highly recommend!

Seeing the bears climbing in the trees was a highlight of the trip. We had a group of 40. The large kitchen was wonderful. We had a great time. Now, if they could just take care of the traffic going to Pigeon Forge.

I paid a lot of money for this house, upon arrival. Remotes no backs, no batteries. Some TV’s wouldn’t work. Freezer door wouldn’t open, stove had broken door. Floor was so dirty had to wash feet after walking barefooted the first time.

Everything was really nice, the only problem we had was the downstairs toilet in one of the room's stay stopped up even after they came and unstop it. The hot water heater downstairs went out twice and we had not hot water.

Great House

This property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for 90 of us! We enjoyed our spring break trip here with our college & young adult ministry for a week and everyone loved it! It was only a half a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg which was really nice to be able to walk right there. Very great overall stay!

Great House

We had a family reunion here and had around 50 people. The house exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue with the movie room but it was handled promptly so it didn’t interfere with our stay. The kitchen is amazing and the listing doesn’t show the 4 warming drawers that made mealtime easier.

Great house

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are all very spacious, and the kitchen is mostly well stocked. There were some items that there needs to be more of. There was only one kitchen towel and one pot holder. Seems odd in a house that accommodates so many people. Also, there were not enough garbage bags again based on a house that accommodates so many people. The towels for showering are very poor quality. I recommend bringing your own. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Would definitely recommend this location even with the few flaws.

Great Spot

New, clean, and roomy. Plenty of beds. The only compliant would be that massive door to the movie theatre. It would be better if it were a barn door style. We used the theatre space a lot and it was just in the way. Otherwise, it was a great spot. Thanks again!

It was simple and easy. We was notified before arriving and after leaving. I would recommend this property. I have a large family and it’s hard finding something that will be comfortable for my family.
