We had a great week here! Jane is wonderful to work with. The house is located conveniently to everything in the Garner area and not far from downtown Raleigh, We stayed here while our son was performing in a play at Spiritual Twist Productions which is less than a mile away so it was perfect for us and made it so nice to be close to that as well as all the stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is great and it is so peaceful on the back porch and patio. The weather was perfect for us so we got to enjoy lots of time on both of those. Thanks again, Jane!

Very comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay and our host. For whatever reason we had anticipated 2 twin beds (per the ad) but it only had one. We saw 2 fireplaces in the pictures - but neither worked. BUT everything else was perfection!

Perfect Location

We were in the Raleigh area for our grandson’s wedding at The Maxwell. It was only seven minutes away from the home which was perfect. The house was well appointed and in a good neighborhood. I especially appreciated the full length mirror in the master bedroom as we were dressing for a formal occasion. Should we be in the Raleigh area we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Brady's Tuition was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was super clean. The beds were perfect. The Kitchen had everything anyone would need and the appliances seemed very new. Jane was a great communicator and made the check-in and check-out process easy. Highly recommend!

Stay Here!

Our family was in Raleigh for our son's graduation from NC State. This house was perfect for us- about 10-15 minutes from campus and our son's apartment. We had 4 adults, which included two grandparents, one with visual impairment and both with mobility issues. The house was all on one level (one small step to enter and a slightly larger step to go on the screened porch). The house was not cluttered; after about 24 hours, our visually impaired grandmother could freely move about independently. The house was clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room, and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed the screened porch and spent most evenings out there as well as enjoying morning coffee. While we did not cook, other than quick breakfasts and snacks, the kitchen was well stocked, and we could've easily prepared meals. It was nice to have plenty of sitting room and comfortable beds. The master bath had a walk-in shower, so that was helpful with the grandparents. Both bathrooms had plenty of space. Internet speed was great. We had about 5 devices on the internet at any given time and streamed a few things on the TV. Jane was readily available and responded to our messages. In fact, one grandmother left her raincoat after we checked out, and Jane met up with our son the next day to ensure it was returned. You can't go wrong with this rental. 5 stars all the way!

Great house for our stay

The house was just what we needed for a long weekend with our kids and grandkids. Enough room for everyone, close to the main road for convivence to all we needed. Would stay again!!
