The front desk Clerk who checked me in was so helpful and kind. After having communication issues and reservation issues with Hard Rock, and having to book this room which was luxury by the way, in such a quick time frame, the last thing I needed was any more complications. She was patient with me and so helpful. The room was wonderful and unfortunately was so much cleaner then the one I paid over $800 for. Good job guys, keep up the excellent work will be coming back next year.

Very humid. AC makes the room cooler but doesn’t dehumidify the room. Paper became soft after a while, bathroom floor stayed dewy and bed sheets felt humid. Towels were old, very thin and showed stains. TV doesn’t have regular channels. Carpet is dirty too.

The owner of the property was argumentative and kept insisting that I was not booked for the reserved days. I showed her my receipt and she still kept asking over and over what days I planned to stay and how many people were staying. This place looked like a homeless shelter. The tub was stained with black paint and lighting was very dim. It looked nothing like what was pictured on the site. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was close to supermarkets and AC and that is the only absolute kind thing I can say. If I was offered a free stay here I would decline.

The room and pool were clean. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sandra. The tv's are Roku and difficult to operate. I went to the front desk and the attendant came and turned it on for me. The next morning however I tried pushing tv input which is what she told me to do but it again went to analog 4 and was all snowy. We were leaving anyway so I just did without. Rooms are dated but the price was good. I would definitely go back.
