Alva Hotel By Royal
"The rooms at Alva are always immaculate and provides a comfortable stay if you do plan to stay more than 3 nights. They clean your room daily but equally you can choose not to. The staff on reception are always courteous and helpful! When my suitcase was due to be delivered by the airport, they messaged me on WhatsApp to inform me it has arrived safely. Staff at the door always open the door at the front when you walk in, or out. I think the only thing that lets them down is how they have removed the room service and all day buffet. So it isn’t as convenient on the evenings you may not want to venture out and prefer a quiet night in. But I can also understand why. There are so many fast food services and cuisines on offer, so times have changed if it’s not profitable to keep running, then it wouldn’t make sense. Also I think the gym should close later or be 24hrs for those restless owls like myself 😂"
