Bunkhouse A: Downtown Townhome | Dog-Friendly
Welcome to Bookcliff Bunkhouse A!
❤️ This cozy spot is just a couple of blocks away from downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment. ❤️ The perfect getaway spot for families and activity enthusiasts! ❤️ This is a dog-friendly home, with a maximum of two dogs! ❤️ Dine under the lighted pergola patio table and enjoy it with a one-of-a-kind gas fire pit. ❤️ This home has 2 levels—added privacy with bedrooms and bath upstairs, and the kitchen and living room downstairs. ❤️ High-speed Wi-Fi internet. ❤️ The bright and cheerful living room has a Smart TV. ❤️ 6-person dining table. ❤️ Full-size washer and dryer. ❤️ Galley kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. ❤️ Bring the whole family—this house is dog-friendly (sorry, no cats) and has a fenced dog run area. ❤️ Patio dining and relaxing with a propane BBQ grill and fire pit. ❤️ 2-3 car parking in the driveway. Locking shed for bike and gear storage. ❤️ Off-street parking and a locking shed for bikes, skis, and outdoor adventure gear! ❤️ Efficient baseboard heating system and an "evaporative cooling system"—an evaporative cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water-soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but do require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: ❤️ The 1st bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has a Queen bed and closet storage. ❤️ The 2nd bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has Queen bunk beds and closet storage. ❤️ The shared bathroom, located on the 2nd floor, has a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo.

Loved the bed
The location was great! My favorite thing was the cozy clean bed. Ceiling fans would be a good improvement and a good deep clean.
Listing has it as full house but its a duplex.

Easy and dog friendly.
Simple no fuss property was easy to find and the host gave great instructions before and during our visit. Locking bike shed was great piece of mind and we were happy to find a place where our dogs could join the trip.

We slept well
The listing said “cute.” It was more of a bare bones bachelor pad that needs a good deep cleaning. The beds were very comfortable.

Nice little spot in Fruita
A great space for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Kitchen was well equipped, living space was comfortable, park across the street was convenient for dog walking. Property management was very responsive and helped us with TV tech issues as well as replacing a much needed fan while the evaporative cooler was trying to overcome the atypical heatwave.

Very spacious and comfortable
Location was great, easy walk to downtown. Unit had lots of room and felt very comfy. Couch and beds were comfortable. If I had one complaint was wish we had some darker blinds or curtains in bedrooom. Master bedroom lit up in morning with the early sunrises we had. But would definitely stay here again!
