The property was extremely crowded during our stay and only 3 of the elevators were working so wait times were extremely long. We paid extra for a 2 queen room and they did not have one available. Our first room was dirty and the toilet was not working. I believe the property is due for a refresh. The positives: breakfast was excellent and the staff did their best.

When we got there, there were so many people in this hotel you could not get up and down the elevators for at least a half an hour or more. Valet parking was horrible. I had to wait for a car for at least 1/2 hour and what time they even forgot to bring our car out. Understaffed. Had to call twice for towels and washcloths. I never cleaned up our room until the third day. Said they were sorry, but just didn’t know when they could get somebody there Call the front desk for some not quite emergency, but some quick needed information about the locality of the place they put us on hold and never got back to us. There was no alternatives to using valet because there’s no parking around. The only reason why we stayed there ways to get across the street to the ice hockey rink for ONE game. Don’t waste your time come in with an Uber and stay somewheres else.

Think twice and read this before staying here!
Great location to Arena (that is the best thing about this hotel). Surprise charges that you have no choice to pay and they try to say you get credit back if you put your charges from the hotel on your room--just a forced way to make you spend money there. Valet was horrible and at their cost of $42! Unable to get the car when wanting to leave due to lack of help and severely disorganized Finally had to get manager, Mark, who never apologized or cared really. Elevators are horribly slow and you wait forever. Poor design to only have 2 elevators for a hotel with 20 floors and the magnitude of people that need to move around in it. Crowded in every elevator ride!
