Downtown historic buildings have always fascinated me and I love to restore them back to their original beauty. We torn this house down to the studs and renovated everything. This home is close to the canal and about a 10 min easy walk to downtown. Close enough to enjoy all Frederick has to offer and tucked away on a quiet street.
You will feel right at home here. The mattresses are amazing! You’ll have your best night sleep! It has been set up as if we were going to live there. It has everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to stay home. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown. If you need to you can call an Uber anytime. There is also a MARC train in town if you want to go into DC without the hassle of driving. I hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

Clean and cozy
Very nicely redecorated. Easy off street parking. Big backyard but doesn’t seem to have any outdoor seating area (was too cold to use on my trip anyway. Bunk bed room is pretty tiny but adequate for smaller kids.

Family Event
We traveled from NC to Frederick MD for a family event. The house was conveniently located to shops and restaurants in downtown Frederick. We were also close to other family located in the area. We made use of the lovely kitchen and enjoyed quiet evenings in the comfortable living and dining room.

Great Place in a Great Location
My wife and I had a weekend getaway with no kids. This property was beautiful! It was clean, well decorated, and cozy with a great location. We easily walked to restaurants in the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little spot in a great location
Perfect spot for a weekend! We were going to a wedding at Union Mills Public House and this was an easy walk there and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, and though it looks a little isolated, it's very easy and quick to get everywhere. Rooms are as pictured and all the necessities were provided. We had a slight glitch with check in but it was solved in about 10 min. I'd recommend it!

Home Base for Historic Frederick
We enjoyed our stay, visiting many Historic sites. The home is located in a perfect spot for those who are looking for a home-base that is close to Historic Frederick. There are many attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance from the vacation home. Our host was helpful and promptly answered any concerns or questions. Cool older home.
Property was really nice. We had a minor issue with the door lock code, but that was resolved quickly. Close to downtown and the canal park. We walked wherever we went with no difficulty for two senior citizens. Overall a good experience.
