The lobby is pretty with the fountain on, but the fountain was not on. The young lady who waz on staff tried her best to make everything right. She was amazing. I understand they're renovating but my experience was less than pleasant. I ended up having to change rooms 3 times. The first was right after I booked online. I was told the room I booked was not available then a non working remote, completely missing remote, and non working ac unit....

Beds were old, you laid down and sink, Wall paper in shower falling off, not ready to be open. Complementary breakfast, we were told from 7-11, we got downstairs by 7.10 am and still nothing not even coffee. Nothing was ready till about 8. Easy 16 guest waiting and very disappointed. Guess you get way you pay for.

This hotel is sad. It has been under renovation for years and its just bad. Only one elevator works and its pretty rickety - lurches between floors. The staff can only do so much. To get to the rooms you have to go outside and around to a side entrance. Hallways are blocked off - We have stayed her a couple of times in the past 2 years and the renovation does not seem to be progressing. I feel sorry for the staff.

Where to begin.... trash outside on property, only 1 slow elevator worked, ice machine didn’t work, outlets in bathroom barely worked. Housekeeping replaced only 2 towels and took the rest. $3 for a bottled water!! Unpleasant stay and will never book a room there again
