We were locked out of our room in 100 degree weather had to wait on someone to come to the property to fix it check in was at what 4:00 so my whole day was wasted I’m a military veteran and I have never came to this before unprofessional at its best only wanted to compensate 56 dollars I have a child with asthma

Unable to stay in room and lack of concern from manager with no other rooms available forced us to look else where after drinigv6 hours and accommodations we not suitable for us and 8 month 4 year old due to smoke room and dirty floors unsafe for baby. Very much not satisfied with how they handle our situation and need refund partial or full. Will be sending another detailed message and pictures were sent as well

Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter (left over from previous renters).

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store within a few minutes. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Plenty of parking available but spots are on the smaller side, luckily we had a minivan. Google directions were completely off and took us to the wrong resort so beware.

I stayed there for a week, which was very nice, however, having limited soap (2 dishwasher tabs, and a little pouch of dish soap) seemed cheap and disappointing. Also, the number of emails received regarding the stay was a bit much.

We liked the proximity off restaurants& shops. The shower leaked onto the floor. The master bathroom sink did not drain. We reported these things & nothing was done about it. The water tasted awful.
