I don't feel that the stay was for the money paid. The main reason for selecting them was that they were pet friendly and had breakfast. We showed up and the room was not as nice as expected and due to the current situation the pool, exercise room and breakfast room where all closed. This would have been nice to know on the front end from either the hotel or Travelocity. And if I would have known I would have selected a less expensive place to stay in the area. I will say that Sheila at the front desk was polite.

DISGUSTING!!!! KEEP LOOKING!! I know Extended Stay isn’t a five star by any means but we gave it a try as we booked very last minute. We weren’t here for five minutes before I regretted booking at this hotel. Dirty & Dusty smelled of smoke, the floor was dirty. The sheets had spilled RED JUICE on it but the mattress was turned toward the wall so it wouldn’t be seen. THE BED SKIRT HAD SEMEN ALL OVER IT. Strands of hair were everywhere, dusty headboards It was hairballs & debree under the bed. There was a.. I immediately contacted Travelocity and explained to them it was no way my family could stay there, I didn’t even want my luggage in the room. Travelocity asked to speak to the front desk and they immediately refunded our money back to Travelocity. The Travelocity rep then explained that it would take a couple of days for us to receive our refund and that we could rebook another hotel. I explained to them that there was no way I was going to book another hotel with Travelocity when they already had 600$ of my money. I demanded to speak with someone higher up that could help. Finally supervisor Angel came on the call and I questioned why does the money have to come back to me when they could put the money towards another hotel booking and if it cost more than we would pay the difference. The room was dirty and horrible. The room smelled really bad. My son lost his shoes, I looked under the bed for them and there was so much stuff dirt and paper under the bed I was amazed. The refrigerator was not cleaned and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The staff was very nice but they need a health inspection, they need to do better.

It was the worst place I have ever been the lobby bathroom had crap on it I actually left after checking in and went and got another hotel so I lost $200 and later that evening the two or three items I had love in the room I went back to get and I had seen that someone had been in my room because they had left ice on my floor and I went back like 7 hours later and found that the worst place ever I would never recommend

High Dollar Garbage Hotel...

This hotel I will never EVER visit AGAIN.. The bathroom toilet didn't have a lid on it and a bad odor was coming from the toilet and no one had used the bathroom.. Also there is no ironing board to iron your clothes but has an iron.. No room service for the TWO DAYS I was there... You really need that especially when you have Animals inside your premises...

Hotel different than expectations

Pros: Front staff was nice
Cons: Housekeeping needs to be improved
Location: I attended my daughter's wedding.
My stay was for 5 nights....my sheets had not been changed after the 3rd day and when I asked the housekeeper about changing them she said they only will change them if you stay 7 nights or more. Very few choices for breakfast.

Room smelled like must. I had to spray febreeze also they don't clean your room everyday. There were some guys drinking beer in the hotel parking lot.
