Visted in Sept. Absolutely will come back every year. Hotel is clean and smells good. Housekeepnwas exceptional- I couldnt help but leave a tip!!! 2Q bedroom was spacious. Soda cooler was perfect for drinks.and light snacks. Ice machine wasnt working but was able to use elevator for other floors. Towels available at pool (hot tub too) so you dont have to bring your own. Has a latched gate to prevent children from falling in. Absolutely beautiful for night swims and we took a few! Laundry costs $3/load amd they dont accept debit 😭 but have an ATM $4.50 fee total for me) so you can ask for change. Clean light and fresh hotel!

It was a great location and close to all that Destin has to offer. The hotel smelled amazing. Everything was clean. My only complaints were that there was only one elevator for all the guests to use with 5 floors. The first day we got there I reported to the front desk that we had an issue with our shower and no one ever came to repair the issue. Therefore, we had to manage. We had such a great time in Destin that we just worked around it.

I would rate higher if you would train your employees to ask if they are a Bonvoy member and would like to put their points on their account. Staff was great! Only 4star would be the balcony on 2nd floor is extremely small and if you sit out there only thing you can see is the ledge, above floors can at least see over ledge to the pool area.

Hot Room and Uncomfortable Bed

The location was amazing to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and everyone was very respectful. Neither my wife or myself could sleep as the A/C would work only when it wanted to and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I did not complain to the front desk because my wife absolutely hates confrontation. I am sure it was just the room we were in because the hotel itself was really great.
