This location was terrible. Bedbugs running rampant, ceiling tiles falling out, and poor customer service and management. I am taking further steps to resolve my issues, but I would never ever recommend this property to ANYONE.

I have tried to contact someone from Travelocity since March 12th at 12:30am upon check in to Super 8 Motel in Ft. Meyers FLorida. We were disgusted with the conditions of this Hotel and immediately left. We asked for return of funds at desk when leaving and informed the attendants at desk we were checking out. They did not seem to care. The lobby , elevator and hallways were dirty, walls were scuffed up and paint chipped off walls throughout the hotel. We got to our room door and noticed the screen window had been pried open as if someone was trying to break in. The air conditioning unit had several dead bugs across the top. There was a puddle of water on floor. There were young scantily dressed women in hallways and in elevator going floor to floor banging on room doors.There was putrid smell throughout the building. We immediately turned from room and left it was unacceptable. The attendants offered another room, but this hotel was completely unacceptable. I had purchased the vacation waiver insurance and immediately contacted travelocity customer care for assistance finding another hotel and could not get though to someone. I went online and attempted to contact a representative via chat. I was given a message explaining someone would respond within 8 hours. I have gotten no response. I wish to be refunded the price of hotel stay or at least what we are able to recover since we never stayed there and have not gotten any assistance with this matter upon several attempts.

This property was horrible. I arrived exhausted around 1 a.m. in the morning to find poop in the toilet and black water coming out of the shower. I don't know if the room was ever cleaned. The people at the desk were unconcerned. They didn't seem willing to help until I finally had to force them to get me a new room. It was slightly better

The room was in a very run-down condition. Repairs were poorly done or done half-way. No carpeting on the floor.

TheLadies did a great job cleaning the rooms but the breakfast was terrible they had no fruit in the basket the coffee was terrible in the Apple juice dispenser was broke all week the TV in the breakfast area was broke the entire week The ice machine was out of order on our floor all week I had a positive note the pool area was well taken care of but overall would not recommend this hotel
