Great location and very nice property!

This is our 2nd trip to this home and it's a great location for access to Charlotte Harbor fishing and beaches. Convenient docking and beautiful pool! We will be back next year.

Beautiful home great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of bikes and kayaks to use if you are in to that. The dock was great. It’s across the street with easy access to open water and fishing. We loved coming in off the boat to enjoy the fresh clean pool everyday. We will definitely stay here again.

Boater's paradise.

We spent the entire trip on the boat only going to beaches accessible by boat and only restaurants with dock slips. Can't wait to do it again

Perfect in every way

East and west facing balconies for sunsets and morning coffee. North and south facing bedrooms for maximum privacy. Neat clean and wonderful pool. It was a heavenly stay.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay on Pine Island. Bokeelia Island Oasis was the perfect quiet place to relax with family. We enjoyed beautiful morning sunrises on the deck, kayaking, bicycling and exploring the island’s history on the Matlacha Boating Adventure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

We had a long fishing weekend with a group of friends out of this property. Location for fishing can't get much better. House was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We will stay at this property again.

Relaxing with a great view

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Lots of amenities. We used the pool, spa, and kayaks. The sunrise was beautiful each morning. We fished off the dock. We saw snook, red fish, snapper, and sheepshead. But only caught the catfish. The gas for the grill was empty, but management responded promptly with a new tank. Bit of a drive to get to stores but we like the isolation on vacation. Neighborhood was safe, with friendly folks. We would stay again.

Quick Stay

We like the property. The pool and Jacuzzi was working great and clean. Wish we had time for a longer stay. We had one issue with the digital lock. I would go to a standard key system so guests don’t get locked out when it’s hot. The property manager responded on the first call and arrived 20 minutes to get us in. Great customer service and a great place. Would definitely go back.

Peaceful old Florida

If you look for a laidback peaceful stay close to water, this place has just that. It’s nothing fancy, but comfortable and cozy. We enjoy our week with the kids. Lots of bikes, kayaks, nice pool and a boat dock across the street. We rented a boat right in front of the house and boated to the beautiful beaches of Cayo Costo.

Quiet, tranquil

Beautiful property on a quiet street! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent again. Couple things..the owners should really consider adding a pool heater. Even in August, the pool is a bit cool because the sun only hits it for a couple hours during the day. The summertime afternoon rain showers don’t help either. The beautiful landscaping blocks most of the sun from the pool so the pool only gets sun when it’s right above it. Also, the pool pump runs 24/7-should probably put it on a schedule - more for the owners/property manager. Bring citronella and bug spray because the pool and underneath the house isn’t completely screened in. Hot tub is a nice touch after being in the cold pool! Lots of stairs! Only way to get in and out of the house are stairs. Bring charcoal if you want to use the grill. (Still had old charcoal in it from previous renters) The store is about 15 minutes away. Lawn company showed up before 7:30am. That was unnecessary. Loved that there was a boat ramp right next to the house. The dock across the street from the front of home is more accessible to dock boat up than behind the house. Air in the house works great! Dishwasher was a bit loud, try to run that when you go to sleep or leave - it was that loud. The speakers in the ceiling inside and outside were a nice surprise. Lots of bird watching from the front porch, so quiet, all you hear are the chirps.

Great getaway spot!

We really appreciated the location (waterways on both sides) and layout of this property. It is at the end of a very quiet street. There are 2 queen bedrooms located on either side of the house and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds. Unfortunately, we stayed during the coldest weather of the season and could not enjoy some of the amenities like kayaks & the pool. We had some minor issues/questions and the property manager and owner were very prompt to respond and take care of. It is about 20 minutes for Ft Myers which wasn't bad and there were a few interesting little restaurants and bars located on the island. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully in warmer weather!).

Almost perfect

House was beautiful and kitchen very well equipped. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. They advertised bicycles but only had little kids bikes and advertised kayaks which were plentiful but no life jackets. If those things were corrected it would be perfect. Even with that it was still a wonderful experience.

Beach Home

Quiet relaxing home

Me, my mom, and my sister rented this property and it was perfect. It has 3 beds and 3 baths perfect for couples, friends, or families! You can see the water front all day it's in front of you and behind you there was a nice breeze the whole time. I loved the swimming pool and use of the kayaks. The TV in the living room isn't a smart tv so bring gaming consoles or a laptop to connect to the tv.
