This hotel is centrally located along Ft. Lauderdale beach. The beach is right across the street. The condo was clean. Comfy beds. Very easy check in and out. Will return again.

Amazing Rental!

From Booking to Check out we could not have been more Happier. The rental itself was amazing. It was very very clean when we checked in. We checked in a little late due to some airport delays and communication with the host (Jeffrey) was so easy and helpful with very fast responses. Overall all I can really say is it was an amazing experience at this property and will definitely recommend it to others and will be renting from The Walker Vacation Rentals again!!

Great unit

We had a great time at the unit, its a large unit (1200-1300 sq maybe) and the four of us we had our space. The unit has beautiful views of the beach/ocean and also the canal. Location was great. There are two restaurants downstairs, there is a Starbucks down the road as well You also get 2 complementary beach chairs and umbrellas, towels for all of us at the beach. They also gave all of us water bottles on the beach as well. There were two lawn chairs from the unit we used for kids. As extra beach chairs were $20 each. Overall I highly recommend this unit and W hotel. The main pool was great as well!! Check in was easy and host was quick to respond to any questions.

Condo was great. Very clean and modern and full amenities for a family of 4. The building as a whole was a little disappointing. In need of a cosmetic facelift. Elevators kept breaking. Very limited F&B options. Staff was 10/10. Overall I would stay again just because of condo.

Perfection

We came for a birthday trip with my 15 year old daughter and her friends. The place is incredible and has everything you will need. The two bedrooms are separated by the living area which makes it quiet and private from other guests in your party. The pools are phenomenal and have towels, sunscreen, fresh water plus a serviced bar at both pools. The check-in process was a breeze and working with Jeffrey Walker was the best experience we have had with a VRBO. Location is perfect with several great restaurants within walking distance as well as a CVS for essentials. Great beaches just steps away. The only con, which is a big one is 2 of the 3 elevators were down. With an average of 500 people staying in the building using them was like waiting for a ride at Disney…a solid 30 plus minute wait at times. Per a resident this is a regular occurrence so he wanted me to mention it in the review. No reflection on The Walker agency more so the W. We will definitely be back again!

Great place with easy access and amazing views.

Had a great stay, the space was perfect for our family's spring break trip. The view of both the Atlantic and ICW from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed having the resort amenities making access to the pools and beach very easy. The unit has a large, well stocked kitchen, making it easy to have flexibility for meals. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance too. The grocery store was a nice walking distance (30 minutes), then caught a ride share back to the condo with our groceries for the week. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Facility and Condo

Took my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 children. The condo and property owners were great. High quality in all respects, including the neighborhood. Enjoyed the family pool the most of the two pools, a bit quieter and warmer. The beach was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!

Modern Beach Respite

The property was a nice place to come back to and relax after a day spent on the beach. The 5th floor / pool was pretty loud, but up on the 17th floor, where the rooms are located, it was quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful.
