Where do I start? First of all it says PET FRIENDLY. It’s only Dog’s!!!!! The first floor hallway smells like dog urine. I have an ADHD Son and he has a Service cat that he has never slept without. Manager denied my sons service cat. He had to sleep in our car. My son was distraught over this. My cat was visibly upset. After traveling 20 hours to get here. We were so exhausted that we had to stay. Otherwise we would of found another hotel. Checking in at 2 am so there was no way of going to another place that would allow my Son’s service Cat. I sat in the car to make sure he was comfortable. I had his litter, food, water and his crate all in my car. I was going to sleep in there with him, but my Son needed me to be by his side since his cat was in the parking lot. This place is disgusting, smells, and has poor air quality. Vents filled with dust. Marker on the wall covered up with a chair. Dirty microwave. If it wasn’t so late I would of gotten my money back and went to another hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it’s the last place in town. Would rather sleep in my car. Good thing we only stayed a few hours. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Enjoy Folks and Safe travels.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry about the A/C. We have now completed the installation of an entire new system. We apologize that the system came back on after you checked out.

They said "the air conditioning was broken" when we complained about the temperature in our room. It was too hot for us 77degrees to 79 degrees. The traffic was too loud to open the window so they moved us to the other side of the motel which hot but quieter. When I asked for my money back they said they were replacing the whole air conditioning system. Hard to believe in a building less than two years old. If they knew it wasn't working they should have told us before we signed in, or before we reserved the room. They refunded half our money but I think they could have done better.

Good afternoon, Once again, I am so very sorry about our A/C. The agent that checked you in should have been more forthcoming. Some rooms have been "roughed in" and they are completing the rest. I am very sorry about all this.

Second time in 2 months

Pros: location
Cons: Everything! Not clean, the management team (all behind desk, all eating toast, all smoking outside the entrance), pool unable to be used,
Location: Go to Fort Collins and stay there
This is the second time in 2 months and I will NOT return. The hotel is subpar and the staff are all related it seems. The pool is freezing and the front desks seems to find this funny. In December she said 'ya no one ever uses it because it is cold and I told the manager but they said why heat it when no one uses it.' How does that make sense. This time I call before I book to give them a second chance, is your pool temperature up? To be told yes it is warm. I arrived and asked the woman at the front desk only to be told 'it is a heated pool' I said yes but is it warm enough to swim? she responded 'not really but I am not the manager'. When I left the hotel at 6 there were 5 people of varying ages (looked like an extended family) all behind the desk, when I returned at 9pm all of these generations were in the breakfast room eating toast...strange. I don't know who the manager is but apparently the cost savings on heating the heated pool is spent on toast budget. The person in the 'kitchen' in the morning is always out of options (eggs and yogurt) but has waffles and toast. She wears food handling gloves (the same ones the entire shift) while cleaning, emptying the garbage, restocking, touching her face, hair, clothes, itching self. I only chose it (twice) because my granddaughter lives in that town and loves to swim. We will happily drive to Fort Collins for a clean, functioning, and welcoming hotel. Never again!
