I Literally can NOT believe what this property did to me and my little girl after staying3 days with them. Being a travel nurse from Texas i work 12 hour nights barely after giving repoet ans charting i get gone to rest maye. By 8 in a good. I always request a late departure! Especially if im driving staright back to Texas that day. I liteallg have the email

Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Our issue was obtaining pillows for the pull out bed. The manager stated it was not their policy to provide pillows (Unique approach for a hotel). She finally brought up 1 pillow which she pulled from storage. When pressed for a second pillow, she said that this was all she could do, and we were free to check out with a full refund if that was not sufficient (really lose the customer over a pillow?). We called the customer service for Comfort Suites, but based on their response, they appear to be comfortable with this approach. One experience, on one day. I'm sure not all guests experience this.

Had booked a room with two queens and a double bed sofa so all three of us could have a bed to ourselves since we needed to sleep well as we were exhausted from a long road trip; unfortunately, the one mattress in room 300 was extremely uncomfortable (ironically at a Comfort Suites) -- it was sagging and a major depression in the middle and I am a male of 175lbs so it's not due to extraneous weight. The mattress should be thrown and replaced.

The breakfast area is way too small. Guests had to take food back to their rooms. I was there at about 8:15 and they were out of waffle batter, syrup, fruit the service were wonderful but they could do nothing without proper amounts of food. This gives Comfort Suites a very bad name

We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings, it was pretty decent! Although, it was a bummer to find out we had to make $100 deposit at check-in. The room had a bit of a stink to it when we arrived, kind of a musty/stale smell. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. My neck has been hurting for the last 2 days.
