The hotel was located hidden behind a shopping area close to the freeway. It still felt safe and you couldn’t hear the highway. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Cons: the elevator was slow a lot of the times. We had a housekeeper come in at 10:20 and said that check out was at 10 on weekends. Our paperwork says 11AM. We were confused. The front desk was apologetic and said they would talk to their staff member. I thought that was extremely weird and I should’ve just called the front desk instead of listening to the housekeeper.

I stayed in a suite for the weekend. The only thing that didn't please me was the hidi bed couch. It was not pleasant at all. The couch was beat up and the mattress was awful for someone to sleep on.

The room was spacious. Staff friendly. No one cleaned our room in the three days we stayed. Had to ask for towels. Had a fire and was woken with "NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHAT TO DO" The night person. ONLY ONE FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY. Had no direction how to handle the problem. We were woken at 1 AM one other night by phone calls to our room no one on the line. MANAGEMENT NEEDS THERE BUTTS KICKED!!!! LF
