Apartamento con mucho encanto

Me ha encantado el apartamento en sí aun siendo un poco pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario. Muy limpio, decoración exquisita y muy bien ubicado para acceder a todos los lugares turísticos.

Good for the price

I spent 4 nights in this apartment. Location is great for exploring the city on foot, close to the main attractions with lots of shopping and dining options within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is very small and could use a few upgraded amenities, but is comfortable for one or two able bodied adults. Very steep, very narrow stairs (two flights) to the door, so not for anyone with a physical limitation. Bathtub is fantastic, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. AC was great. Bathroom is very tiny. I shut the water off several times just by turning around, but if you’re small and okay in tight spaces you won’t have an issue. Some noise from neighbors and restaurants below, but nothing major. Had some difficulty getting in, was given the wrong code, but was resolved quickly by calling the rental office. Florence is a safe city so I never felt concerned about that. Overall a great value as long as you can handle the stairs and don’t require a lot of space.

Extremely loud and dangerous

It started well with an uncomplicated check in. Apartment okay, but a bit rundown, couch, covered with ugly fitted sheet, only one set of thin towels for a whole week, mouldy smell, concrete coming from the ceiling. No reaction from owner and starthouse after reporting these shortcomings. Worst thing was the noise. From 6 to 12 pm kitchen noise and shouting from restaurant underneath, every night around 4 am owner living next door came home, made noise, slammed door, had visitors, knocking and shouting outside. Last night was horrific, friend of owner came into the house, stood in front of my door, knocking at my door, and shouting my name, so I couldn’t get out to the airport, had to call the police, now traumatised.

Very homey accommodation

Very comfortable and ideal location to stay in. Lorenzo replied very fast. I would’ve been grateful if more information was provided re where i can find extra linens, toilet paper and towels; i only discovered them tucked under the bed on my last day of staying there. The heat was turned off 2 or 3 days after my stay and cannot be controlled from the apartment; that was unfortunate.The place was equipped with olive oil, salt, and other little things. Overall, great accommodation and very homey. Please keep in mind the stay is not wheelchair accessible due to the steep stairs.

Great stay

The apartment has all you need, including washing machine, small fridge and stove. The bathroom is small, but outside, in the room you have a tub! Air conditioning was a blessing and also the fact that it has lots of windows. Quiet, couldn’t hear any noises at night. Wifi worked perfectly.

Great little place

Lorenzo was great very responsive with any questions we had and provided great detail on what public events where on for new year eve. Stairs in the property are every steep and narrow so if you have any mobility issues with stairs you need to take this into account Location is GREAT, good local restaurants not far from train station and every major attraction in Florence is a walk Would recommend this property

My husband and I visited for the first time and fell in love with how unique the place looked. We also Loved how central it was and definitely felt super cozy. The stairs to get into the apartment are a bit steep and hall is tiny so be mindful of that as it is a little inconvenient but other than that the place was perfect! I enjoyed every morning looking out the window and seeing the street and people starting their day. The place was super close to many convenient stores and restaurants and shops so it was super easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit while in Florence. This cute little cozy apartment was just as expected!
