Seedy neighborhood. Room way outdated. When I asked the clerk about taxis to the airport he said "oh .. not very reliable" So we ate the cost and went to another hotel.

The room was not as advertised. It reeked of cigarette smoke and the safety bolt did not lock, which was not great since it was not the safest area of Long Island. I wasn't able to stay there with my daughter it was not safe. The front desk offered a refund but never followed through with their promise.

Ac worked, location decent with restaurants and transportation nearby… rooms updated and biggest I’ve stayed in NY yet walls were dirty so made me think of every place else. Not much amenities…. Front desk helpful (esp sweet Asian lady who kept our luggage for us).
