"We were very dissatisfied with the hotel not having air conditioning. According to their amenities it said they have air conditioning, it’s really only a fan system and we had to keep the windows open because the air was so stagnate. If they advertise AC that’s what you expect. Never again"

When I checked out in the morning the staff was much more accommodating and told me the metro was right across the street and could take me to the airport for 4 euros. I noticed a long line to breakfast, which the night help told me they didn't have, but it was too late for me to participate in that considering the line and my flight time. Overall a negative experience considering the size of the room and the pillows that were not comfortable and I woke up with a headache"
