"When you leave the hotel for dinner, which you would probably want to do since the restaurant is terrible, be sure to return before 9 PM or else you will be locked out of the property behind a large gate."

"The location of the hotel is great, 2 minutes from the main roads so it was easy to get in and out of Jaco. Security guard positioned in front of the hotel would greet us ensuring our vehicles were being watched. We were able to walk to the beach and the strip in 10 minutes. Nearby stores and sodas were a convenience for snacks, drinks, or a quick bite. The rooms, hallways and main lobby were always sparkling clean. The customer service was great, they were bilingual and helpful. Our suite was great, ac units are strong, laundry machines inside the suite was a MAJOR PLUS! The balconies are nice to sit and hang out. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing experience!"
