Would definitely stay here again

This is a great hotel for many reasons, but the staff here are the main reason we’ll be back. They are so helpful, and they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and it was easy to get into Manhattan when we needed to. It was quiet, very clean, and safe.

Everything was very good except that the room that we were in was right below the breakfast room and was very loud from guests constantly dragging chairs. The hotel should look into soundproofing the room(s) affected by this noise issue. The staff is excellent and very accommodating, and we would definitely come back again, just request a room not below the dining area.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as it is close to where I need to travel to. This time the air fresher was excessive! As soon as I walked into the hotel my eyes watered and allergies flared up. It was overbearing. It was the worst near the elevator. But still present in the rooms. Breakfast was decent, and I like that they provide non-dairy alternatives and that you can get coffee, tea and water at all hours. Staff was pleasant, and it was always clean.

The staff at this location was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but lacked enough towels for the 3 occupants. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I would start again if need be.

There was no available water onsite. no water fountains, sink was too narrow to put a small water bottle under it. the one water station at the breakfast area was always empty. Also, no shampoo or condition in the room and the toilet was constantly running after flushing. just a mess
