The cabin is very peaceful, there is plenty space for adults and kids to be comfortable and have room to do our own thing while still being in the same place. The outdoors is amazing, and best views! The host was very welcoming and available for questions and concerns! We had stayed a portion of our vacation at a different location and when we arrived here we all wish we had stayed our entire vacation there! Cabin very remote, the closes store is about 20 minutes. Beautiful place

The cabin was nice but we didn’t have heat the entire trip. Running the fireplace kept us warm but it was still inconvenient to wake up in the morning and it was 56-58 degrees in there. The owner didn’t seem too concerned either. He refunded me some money but not enough for our troubles. It is very secluded and has 0.5 mile gravel driveway. Ladybugs were everywhere on the ceilings. We had some to fall on us while we slept. I was told by the cleaning lady that he is selling the cabin so doesn’t seem to care about it or customers.

We stayed one night and checked out early with a refund from Vrbo and the owner.The property looked amazing on line. In person it was over grown on the exterior with trash left over around the fire pit. Because of the growth of trees around the cabin, numerous spiders and bugs littered the porch. Many pieces of furniture are broken and dirty. The game room smelled like mildew. We tried many times to gain WIFI access with no luck (no TV) and the owner was slow to respond. Once he did, he said he was busy and would handle it the next day. This was never resolved. At 9am a realtor showed up wanting to enter the home and show a potential buyer. This is when we learned a realtor had access and could enter during our stay. The owner was difficult and lied. He went by many names: Ram, Luke and Steve. We've stayed at many cabins in the area and never had issues like this. I would never recommend this cabin.

Not terrible, but not the best experience

We got to the cabin at 1am and there was a Rottweiler on the front porch and a man in the cabin. He said he was working on the foosball table, but he walked out with trash bags and a large suitcase. When confronted about the suitcase he said he was going to do a load of laundry while he fixed the table (at 1in the morning when check in was at 4 that day). We went in the cabin and it was very clean and all the beds were still made. I texted the cabin owner and he responded the next morning with, “There shouldn’t be anyone. If you see him around, try to get a picture of him and watch out for your safety first.” The internet password we were given didn’t work so someone had to come over to the cabin to give us the correct password, and it was handled in a timely manner. The movie theater doesn’t work because the internet isn’t strong enough to support the streaming services. When I texted the owner about that issue they never responded. The dish washer doesn’t release the soap. After using dishes and reloading the dishwasher I went to put soap in the dispenser door and there was still soap in it. I thought maybe it didn’t get ran the previous time and the cleaners just put the dirty dishes away. However, after I ran the dishwasher, the soap didn’t dispense properly so we just threw the pod in the bottom of the dishwasher and ran it before we left. The lawn is overgrown, empty cans thrown in the yard, but the mountain view is pretty. The hot tub was clean.

Move on. This isn’t it.

The listing states the cabin is on a lake. It is absolutely not! The amenities list a pool, there is NOT. The hot tub was nasty and had clearly not been drained in quite some time, even had dog hair in it. The floors in the cabin looked to have not been cleaned it quite some time. Especially the game room and theatre room, the floors were covered in dog hair and nastiness. There were tons of spiders and bugs especially in the game room and even a half eaten bag of Doritos in the back of the arcade machine. The foosball table was about to fall apart, My husband was able to find an Allen wrench in my car and fix the foosball table only to then discover there were no balls for it. No ping pong balls either. The air hockey table is broken on one corner so it wasn’t really usable either. The pool table was shimmed with rags so it was off level pretty bad. My whole family came home with bug bites which I hope are just tick bites from the terribly overgrown firepit area which clearly hasn’t been mowed or weedeated in a very long time. The pictures are very outdated and there are only seats in the family room for 2 people. There is some type of alarm that goes off at 6 am and is extremely loud (whiporwill sound). The soap in the bathrooms was so watered down that it wouldn’t even make suds. Only 2 stove eyes work and the ice maker doesn’t work. The drive way is rutted out and was very challenging for my small suv. This was by far the worst cabin experience we have had!

These spiders were EVERYWHERE.
Chips stashed in the arcade machine. And bugs on the floor. They were all over.

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

Spacious cabin with great southern view out in the quiet woods near Elijay. Lovely wrap around deck with plenty of seating including a swinging bench to drink tea and watch the sunrise or stars. Lots of amenities including a hot tub, games (arcade, pool, foosball, air hockey), and TV/mini-cinema. Property managers prompt with replies. Very clean. Nice large table in the kitchen.

Clean and Cozy

This was a super clean and cozy cabin. This place has amazing views for sunrise and sunset. We watched streaming services and used the projector in the basement. The game room is fun. This is a 2 wheel drive gravel driveway. The property has a charging station for electric cars. We would love to stay here again.

Everything about the home was so beautiful and nice everything was well cleaned and cozy kids loved the game room and the theater room was fun and perfect I would definitely be coming back again for more stays loved that the porch was closed in for people that have kids made it so much easier for me the views was so beautiful everything was perfect me and my family loved it and it was our first time in a cabin

We loved this place

The home is very private with an excellent view. We loved the neighborhood as well as the home. There is plenty of room and it is very clean. My favorite area of the home was the fireplace on the porch. I highly recommend this home.

150 Acres But What Direction?

Tons of camera everywhere. No idea if they are on when we are there or not. Followed the driveway past the house to explore. Three hours signs posted about trespassing. This road was a continuation of the driveway. So confused what direction the 150 acres were. One day the cleaning lady is sitting 50 feet from the house totally confused that we were actually there. Mailbox was knocked over by someone. We reported it. The mailbox disappeared for a couple days then reappeared right outside of a bedroom window. Guess someone was coming on the property. Always felt as we were being watched. Would not stay again at that price.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is an absolute gem! The cabin itself was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking! It was my husband and I, our two little boys and our two dogs. The boys absolutely loved the movie theater and game room! It was also nice to be able to bring our dogs with us. The owner was very quick to respond to any of our needs, and we greatly appreciated that! It was very private but still close enough to town. I will definitely be booking this cabin again!

The perfect cabin for a boys weekend

We got a bunch of guys together to play games in the woods. This was perfect. Plenty of room, a great theater set-up, and tons of privacy. We loved it!

Comfy cabin, great for families

We had two families with kids rent this cabin over the 4th of July, each bringing our small dogs. The cabin was comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. Kids enjoyed the game room, theater and hot tub. Dogs enjoyed spending time on the gated porch and taking long walks on the property.

Beautiful, peaceful property

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There were comfortable beds, fuzzy blankets to snuggle up with, lots of space, and the quiet of the woods. We would visit again. The only thing to note is, If you need specific kitchen items, you may want to bring your own.

Privacy, Seclusion and Quiet

The property (150 acres!!) and the cabin are exactly as advertised! My husband, myself and our dog had a great stay. We didn’t get the opportunity to use the fire pit due to rainy weather, but enjoyed the inside wood burning fireplace and the hot tub (on the one clear night we had-the stars were amazing!) almost every night. The owner, Steve was very responsive and accommodating in every way possible.

Nice family vacation with the dogs

Our family and dogs really enjoyed this cabin. It was in a secluded spot, and felt like we were on our own private mountain. The cabin layout was perfect for our large family and the two dogs. There is hiking nearby, and you are about 20 minutes from groceries etc. The owner was very responsive to the issues we had while staying. Our two issues were internet was out, and it was a holiday week. The owner had someone from his maintenance staff get us a hotspot to use in the Movie room until the internet provider could come out and look at the outage. The other issue was the hot tub needed to be cleaned and refilled for our visit, but again the maintenance person came out and handled. All and all the cabin was clean and inviting, and had basic utensils etc for our stay, and the owner was attentive to the issues we were having, and they were fixed during our stay. We loved the fire pit, the outdoor fireplace, the movie room and the game room! Kids also loved the double bunk beds a lot and the dogs loved sleeping on a dog bed by us upstairs, and loved running around the property!
