EVL Chalet 1/2 mile to Village

Relax in our newly remodeled chalet near the fireplace and enjoy walking only a 1/2 mile to the village. Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, 5 couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 16 guests maximum. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 3 Fulls, and 4 Twins. 100% refund within 48 hours of booking. All wheel drive and/or snow tires recommended in winter (steep driveway).

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text, phone, and in person.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood just behind the village of Ellicottville. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, Ninja coffee maker, and French press. We have three TVs, a foosball table, dart board, board games, cornhole & giant Jenga in outdoor tote on deck.

An amazing weekend for Fall Fest

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was the perfect location for 5 adult couples during fall fest. Everyone had their own space. The common areas were perfect for board games with the group. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of.

The house was amazing and accommodated our first friends with our baby trip! Prefect amount of rooms and activities for everyone to do. We loved the fire pit and game room! We are sure to book again next year!

Great house for a weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen and living room were great to hang out in as a group. Short drive to town for food and bars. Was a great weekend!
