When i arrived at the property they told.me rooms were sold out. That they only warranty the room when booked thru their website. I dont them i better not be charged for the room. He said i had to contact travelocity. I contacted Travelocity and agent told me they would process a refund. I was charged for room and as of now have not received a refund I contacted travelocity and was told they didnt have a refund request and that i would have to contact the hotel. Worst experince ever!

We were very disappointed that we were not told until check in that the pool was being remodeled. We came early so our grandkids could swim and weren’t able to. Had to find something else for them to do.

Old hotel that was closed for a while then renovated, you can tell. Old doors and new locks. No big deal adds to the charm. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, would have been nice. Parking is not free, $10 a night. Other than that the stay was nice, staff friendly, beds comfortable.
