MiMi's By The Sea is a modern, gorgeously decorated second-row, two-story home, the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a holiday together. Kids and families alike will love the quick, direct access to the beach. The new private pool is a vacation dream come true. Cooking is a joy in the huge, fully equipped kitchen with counter space everywhere! The kitchen has all the extras you need to prepare everything from a full-course dinner to a delightful lunch for two. Enjoy the breeze on the main deck beautifully decorated in Southern-style wicker. Entertain the whole gang or relax and take a nap in the lounge chair. Step out your bedroom door and rise above it all on the huge second-story sunshine deck, complete with rocking chairs. Things to Know:
* The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a two-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office.
No Smoking.
Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
