The staff was very nice. The room had cement floors. We could hear the people next door but overall it was a quiet room. Nice hotel at a good value and location.

Tony at the front desk is horrible. He need customer service training and need to realize without customer he will be out of business. I will not go into the incident but I will not recommend this location to my worst enemy. We was in town for a wedding and he was extremely rude to most of my family members. Some of us was able to switch hotel but some wasn't because most of the hotels in the area was booked.
