The house was good size and fit our needs. Getting through security was problematic and they were not terribly helpful. They had male drivers names but not females. The photos were representative of the place except for the platform by the water. The rugs and floors were dirty. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. The garage and outside furniture was a mess. The lack of AC became a problem, and thermostats were not easy to use and some didn't appear to control anything. Instructions would have been helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, and the games were very helpful with the children. We enjoyed our stay despite nasty weather.
