"The rooms are remodeled and very clean. The bathroom was newly remodeled and the fridge as well as microwave were new. The AC gets very cold so be prepared to turn up the heat occasionally. The outside public areas are well lit at night and the building has fresh paint. Very safe area with access to lots of dining and shopping. Very competitive pricing. There is no breakfast but free coffee. Overall a great place to sleep and relax if that’s all you need. Simple and well maintained property perfect for travelers and people who do not need tons of amenities. I would stay there again next time I’m in the area!"

"For the price point, this stay met or exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. AC was cold. Carpet had some fraying and stains, but I read the reviews and managed my expectations going in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again for a night."
