"Everything was amazing "

"We stay in Myrtle every year this place was by far the worst. Rooms were filthy after checking in, refrigerator/freezer didn’t work (we bought food the first night and woke up the next morning with everything melted and ruined) complained to front desk they had someone fix it but I feel like we should’ve been reimbursed!! Balcony outside carpet was moldy and hasn’t been replaced for probably years! No clean extra bath towels so we had 3 for the entire 3 nights we were there! Very unhappy and won’t be staying here again "

"Room was decently cleaned outside of hair in the bathroom & a ball of hair on the bedroom floor. Slightly smoky odor. Jacuzzi tub did not work & no coffee in room although there was a coffee maker. "
