Had confirmed reservations for 2 rms and were told there was no availability when we arrived. Took a half an hour to “find” rooms. Lots of excuses, no apologies. Banging on our door (even though do not disturb sign was out) at 7:30 am. Housekeeping apparently seeing if the room was occupied.

It was perfect, the room is clean, quiet , safe and very spaced. Service is fantastic and friendly. The breakfast is good too, not fancy and very nutritious. 10 of 10. And it was the best priced hotel around Davis, CA., will stay there again next time.

Great customer service at checkin. Convenient location if this is a stop on a longer trip. Close to gas stations and dining options. There is also a Walmart down the street if there is a sudden need to buy something you left at home. There’s even an Amazon locker immediately next door. Carpet and furniture is dated / need for renovation but still decent. Could easily hear noise from room next door though - voices and tv noise. And the occasional semi truck horn or sound of big vehicles passing since close to freeway.

The front desk gentleman was very personable. We were there for a funeral unfortunately and so my cousin was also staying there and he asked if we were related to let us know that she was already there. I had requested a disabled room and it was very space both in the sleeping room and the bathroom. The shower had a seat which was very helpful and what i was hoping for. Overall, it was a great stay.
