The staff at the hotel was so courteous and helpful. They set me up for a tour for my family to take. They helped me out when my daughter got sick. The valet staff was so warm and kind. Shout out to Aiden who helped us with our luggage and answering all my questions.

The water in the shower was either way too hot and burned you or too cold and we could not get the water to a moderate temperature to have a comfortable shower. Not sure if that was just our room or not. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep.
