I had to use shampoo to finish the job. The shower head was also leaking bad. The rooms were cold with no heat and the highest setting was 23 degrees. I had to ask them to deliver portable heaters. Next morning before check out for my flight, there was NO HOT WATER for the shower. WHAT THE ........."
