Whether you are looking for a friendly and affordable place to stay for your next weekend, stopover, or business trip, our gite is here to offer you an unforgettable stay. Our location is absolutely ideal for exploring the city, just a 10-minute walk from the main shopping streets, the Musée des Beaux-Arts and the Palais des Ducs. If you are in town for a conference or show, you will be pleased to know that we are only 50 metres from the exhibition and conference centre, the Palais des Sports and the Auditorium.

Our guesthouse has 4 private rooms, as well as comfortable common areas for your relaxation, such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and coffee machine, a living room with flat screen TV, a bathroom and a games room.

There is also free private parking. We are also well served by public transport, only 2.9 km from the Zénith of Dijon and 1.9 km from the SNCF train station (4 tramway stations). Dole-Jura airport is only 43 km away.

Un séjour entre filles

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour un week end entre filles, nous étions 12 et c’était très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire a été agréable, accueillant et arrangeant. L’espace détente est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons le logement.

très décevant

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais suffisante pour évaluer le gite. Très déçus: moquette sur certains sols, hygiène douteuse ainsi que sous les matelas. La seule photo des couchages mise sur l'annonce est celle de la meilleure chambre. Climatisation pour compenser l'absence de fenêtres. fuite d'eau à l'entrée. Les salles de bain ne sont pas adaptées, on y accédait un par un pour préserver notre intimité. Je me suis blessée en accédant à l'une d'elle car en hauteur et le tapis de douche n'adhérait pas du tout. La vaisselle n'est absolument pas adaptée au nombres de personnes accueillies. 2 woks pour cuisiner, pas une casserole pour chauffer de l'eau ou du lait. Pas de couverts en quantité suffisante pour tout le monde, ni mugs. on devait les laver à tour de rôle. La cafetière était petite, entartrée et a mettait 45 mn pour faire le café. L'escabeau pour accéder aux lits en hauteur, mal sécurisé car les marches du haut étaient mal vissées. Cuisine bien trop petite pour l'accueil de 20 personnes. Un seul frigo. Désolée pour cet état des lieux mais indispensable. Ce n'est pas un hébergement pour 20 personnes, on a été les uns sur les autres et les délais d'attente bien trop longs pour accéder aux "salles de bains" ou aux WC. Le propriétaire a été informé de nos remarques. A voir si l'accueil du gite sera amélioré. Nous avons regretté unanimement d'être tombés sur ce type de location donc nous ne la conseillerons pas.
