The large, characterful 17th-century Gissière mansion is located in the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside in a farming environment. This gîte, located not far from the village of Deux-Chaises, boasts a shaded courtyard, a large green space enclosed by walls or hedges, and a children's playground (swing).

Ground floor: kitchen and dining area (completely renovated), dining room, a large living room with a library, the original family home decor of which has been preserved. Another living room is also available (140x190 sofa bed). There are two bedrooms (two twin beds, each with a bathtub), and two toilets. One bedroom (140x190 bed) with a private shower, and one bedroom (160x200 bed) with a private shower room. Upstairs (access via a miller's staircase): 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed). Electric heat pump heating (charges apply). Air conditioning in the living areas (kitchen, living room, lounge).
