After a very long journey no offer of water while I waited, so negotiated early check in to €50. Morning: Breakfast service good Night: Upper roof top service bar/restaurant poor Stayed here years ago. Service levels never with a friendly smile. Accessibility. If you have walking up/down steps don't stay here. New annexe multiple steps. No doorman or concierge. This hotel is not value for money Best thing is the decor & cleaning staff. The rest is below standard for the hotel rating. Won't stay here again."
